Nestoil Management Participate at Leadership Summit
—December 2013

The Nigerian Leadership Summit is an annual conference between industry heavy weights and a cross section of the general public (particularly the youth).

The goal is to draw attention to leadership in Nigeria by pooling together some of the country’s deepest thinkers and most innovative minds to come up with tangible solutions to our various problems. The Nigeria Leadership Summit is organized by the Anabel Leadership Academy, founded by Prince Nicholas Okoye. In 2012, the inaugural summit is said to have recorded over 3,000 participating delegates, with over 20,000 people participating from all over the world. The Summit was streamed live over the internet to Nigerians in Diaspora – a first in Nigeria for events of this kind.

The 2013 year’s summit promises to be bigger and even more compelling and Dr. Ernest Azudialu, CEO/GMD of Nestoil/Obijackson Group would be delivering a speech on the opening day(Monday, December 9) on Secrets of his success as an entrepreneur. On the finale (Wednesday, Dec 11), Dr. Azudialu would again be on the EMPOWER NIGERIA panel to discuss Entrepreneurship in Nigeria with other panelists such as Emeka Anyaoku, Tunde Folawiyo, Frank Nneji and Engr. Ernest Nwapa.

Dr. Chukwueloka Umeh (Board of Directors, Nestoil; Managing Director, Century Power) would have a lot to say as well when he takes the stage on the panel (also on Monday, December 9), discussing POWER, an industry in transition, alongside Dr. Sam Amadi, Prof. Bart Nnaji, Charles Momoh, David Ige, among others.

With over 4o notable speakers/panelists over 3 days, the Nigeria leadership summit has the potential to offer 3 days of thought provoking dialogue that can be channeled into purposeful action going forward.
