Nestoil was incorporated in 1991. Nestoil is Nigeria’s largest indigenous Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Company in the Oil and Gas sector.
We have been a significant contributor to local content in the industry since our inception about 30 years ago.
Nestoil was Incorporated
Nestoil Limited is a Nigerian oil and gas company that was incorporated in 1991. It is involved in various sectors within the oil and gas industry, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC), as well as drilling and oilfield services.
First Major Project
In 1997, we received our First major contract which was the Shell's waste treatment plant project in Edjeba, Delta state.
Acquired 59 hectares of land
In 2013, we achieved a Major milestone by acquiring 59 hectares of land in Abuloma, Port Harcourt for the Netoil facility.
The Nestoil Tower
In 2015, the Nestoil tower, a green building, the first of its kind in Nigeria, designet to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED) standards of certification was completed in Lagos, Nigeria.
